Celebrating Art and Stories with LANDBANK

At Looking for Juan, we are deeply grateful to our partners whose steadfast support brings us closer to our mission of making art and stories accessible to more Filipinos. Through collaborations, sponsorships, and orders, we are able to create projects that spark dialogue, inspire creativity, and make a difference.

This year holds special significance as our non-profit partner—the Center for Art, New Ventures, and Sustainable Development (CANVAS)—celebrates its 20th anniversary. For two decades, CANVAS has worked tirelessly to promote art and literacy, reaching children and communities across the Philippines through free books, public art programs, and advocacy projects.

One of our proudest milestones in 2025 was Looking for Juan’s yearlong display and product development for CANVAS’ anniversary exhibit at the National Museum of Fine Arts. This milestone event, which brought together Filipino artists and audiences in a celebration of creativity and culture, was made possible through the generous support of Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK).

Looking ahead, we are excited about the possibility of exploring new ways to collaborate with LANDBANK to bring more books to far-flung communities across the Philippines. With LANDBANK’s extensive presence in provinces nationwide, we see a meaningful opportunity to widen the reach of art and literacy where it matters most.
