Beth Parrocha is a storyteller, and picture books are her canvas. Her whimsical illustrations celebrate how the world unfolds its wonder in the eyes of a child.

Parrocha is a Fine Arts graduate from the University of the Philippines and a founding member of Ang Ilustrador ng Kabataan, the country's first and only organization focused on illustrating for children.

For the multi-awarded artist, breathing life into stories is an adventure to freely express her narrative. This heart for stories has earned Parrocha numerous local and international awards.
Some of her notable awards include the National Children’s Book Awards (2018) for Habulan and the first AFCC Asian Children’s Book Awards Singapore (2017). In 2021, her book Tiny Feet, Tiny Shoes, and The Pencil Who Would Not Write won first place in the 2021 International Indie Children’s Book Cover Award in Los Angeles, California.
