Gumagaan ang pagdadala ng buhay kapag may umaalalay.

The ATIN Journal is a collaboration between writer and psychologist Meg Yarcia, visual artist Wiji Lacsamana, and Looking for Juan. Meant to be used as a travelling journal and paired with the AKIN Journals,  this thoughtfully created set is designed for friends and loved ones who wish to share, carry, and celebrate life together.

More than a journal, it’s a space for community—filled with activities, guide questions, and tips to help groups navigate adulthood, relationships, careers, and personal growth as one.

About Meg Yarcia

Meg Yarcia is a writer, counselor, development worker, and commited advocate of collective care. She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Psychology from UP Diliman, where she is pursuing a Doctorate in Social Development.

Meg provides psychosocial support services and develops and conducts training programs on the subject of growth, care, rest, grief, and other life experiences, especially through the lens of liberation psychology.

About Wiji Lacsamana

Wiji Lacsamana is a visual artist, reiki healer, and astrologer. The themes of her work revolve around spirituality, mindfulness, and connection—within the self, spirit, and the world.
