About Pahin(g)a

Pahin(g)a is your everyday companion and reminder to slow down and get meaningful rest. Created in collaboration with psychologist Meg Yarcia (of Dear Meg) and artist Ivan Reverente, this 206-page undated journal lets you breathe and rediscover the beauty of small restful moments in every page. It promotes an idea of self-care that does not end with the self, but also going beyond and locating the practice within our communities.

About Sur Sikwate

Sikwate, the Bisaya word for the traditional tsokolate made from native cacao tablea, is a kind of homecoming. Sipping on a steaming cup is both a rustic and raw encounter and almost always brings us back home to treasured memories of slow, restful Sundays with family gathered round for lingering stories over breakfast or merienda.

Sur Sikwate’s 100% pure unsweetened tablea is made from cacao grown right in the heart of the world’s cacao belt—the Davao region. Sourced from the foothills of Mt. Talomo, Davao del Sur, our tablea is pure unadulterated goodness—nutty, earthy, and naturally bittersweet in taste.

They say it’s the simplest food that brings us back home. With a warm cup of sikwate, we hope you find and remember your way back.
